Complaints
If we have got something wrong, tell us. It reaches a person, not a queue.
How to complain
Email complaints@lightmorphic.com, or write to Lightmorphic Ltd, 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.
Tell us what happened, when, and what you would like us to do about it. If it is about a scan, the domain you scanned helps us find it.
What happens next
- We acknowledge it within two working days.
- We give you a full answer within ten working days. If it is going to take longer than that, we tell you why and when to expect one.
- It is read by the person who runs Lightmorphic. It is a small company; there is nobody to be passed to.
If something on this site blocks you
Barriers on this site are a complaint too, and we would rather hear about them than not. Use the same address, or see the accessibility statement for what we already know is imperfect.
If you are still not satisfied
If your complaint is about how we handled your personal information, you can take it to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If it is about accessibility and you are in the United Kingdom, the Equality and Human Rights Commission enforces the Equality Act 2010, and the Equality Advisory and Support Service can advise you. In the European Union, each member state names its own enforcement body under the European Accessibility Act.
